‘My Heart Journey’ aims to raise awareness about heart failure (HF) and to improve the understanding and recognition of symptoms. Our goal is to offer support for pre-diagnosis and newly diagnosed HF patients and provide guidance as part of their journey. We aim to empower and encourage people living with HF to initiate conversations with their doctor to reach a faster diagnosis and understand the treatment options available. This is an initiative of Boehringer Ingelheim, a company with extensive expertise in cardiometabolic diseases including HF and a longstanding commitment to improving the lives of people living with HF.
